I just helped my buyer purchase this 1 bedroom Gondola Village appartment.

Congratulations to another happy client who was able to capitalize on good timing with her purchase of a 1 bedroom Gondola Village condo.  Only on the market for 14 days before we were able to reach an accepted offer, I have since learned that minutes after receiving the sellers accepted offer, another agent called to say she was submitting an offer that was much closer to the asking price.  In a scenario like this, being the first offer in is essential.  I applaud my client for moving quickly and being prepared to make the purchase; she has made a very good buy and already has the unit rented for winter at double the going rental rate.
