A strengthening American dollar made this Whistler purchase a great deal for my Califonia clients.  Giving a week a month for personal use, with the added benefit of a rental manager already in place, Horstman House is the perfect foot-in-the-door to the Whistler real estate market.  Ski home at the end of the day and relax in the outdoor hot tub or heated swimming pool.  Blackcomb base and Whistler village are a short shuttle away on the complimentary Whistler village transit or walk to Lost Lake and the Fairmont Chateau Whistler golf course.

If you are thinking now is a good time to buy Whistler - I would agree.  We continue to see recovery through out all sectors of the local market - sales are up, inventory is down and with the US dollar gaining strength we will see more demand from American buyers.

Don't wait to buy property; Buy property then wait.  Whistler will cost more next year.
