We have been greeted with blue skies over Whistler for the past 2 days but the forecast is calling for snow. This will be just what the mountains need for this Friday’s early opening. Locals and visitors alike are looking forward to the first day of what is already starting off as a great season. This past weekend saw another successful Cornucopia and it was great to see the village busy.
We had 25 new listings, 14 Sales and 15 Price reductions in Whistler this past week. This compares to last week’s numbers which saw 28 new listings, 15 sales and 21 price reductions.
This week the following properties caught my eye this week as offering good value:
302 Pinnacle – Phase II good revenue producing property.
¼ share in Montebello for under $180k.
558 Westin – Another solid revenue producing phase II.
345 Aspens – Phase I one bedroom, great ski in/out location!
2247 Brandywine – three bedroom duplex with revenue suite.
9229 Pinetree – Excellent value for the single family home, great views and a rental suite.
14 Cedar Ridge – I have been watching this one for the past year. Great ski in/out location on Whistler and I think the vendor is starting to “get” what is happening in the Whistler market.
