We awoke to clear blue skies in Whistler this morning which meant a couple of minutes scraping the car windshield to get the frost off. Rumours of an early opening seem to be gathering momentum, so fingers crossed we will be making some turns in mid November.
We had 22 new listings, 13 Sales and 18 Price reductions in Whistler this past week. This compares to last week’s numbers which saw 26 new listings, 24 sales and 30 price reductions.

306 Aspens – ski in/out location, nightly rentals allowed. Views up to Blackcomb and across the pool. When the market rebounds this will be a solid investment.
9229 Pinetree – Single family hopuse with rental suite. Great views across the valley and price to sell.
6467 St. Andrews and 6126 Eagle – Both are duplexes and both have v. motivate vendors.
3815 Sunridge – Listed at $5.9m but I am 99.9% sure this could be purchased for the high $4m range.
