This week I start with an introduction to Real Estate Weekly or rew.ca that is running a contest called:
“Tell us what it’s really like to play the real estate game.”
”You could earn $500.
REW.ca is looking for five house hunters to share their experiences as they search for a home in the country’s most expensive and sought-after real estate market: the City of Vancouver. We’ll interview you throughout your search journey, and share your unique story on our site.
The house hunters selected will be rewarded with $500 to furnish their new home!
If you’re currently in the search to buy a home, have an hour a week to be interviewed and are willing to share your house-hunting adventures with our readers, we’d love to hear from you. Send an email to email@example.com, along with your contact information, where and when you want to buy a home and how long you’ve been looking. We look forward to hearing from you!”
Getting paid to look for property? Sounds like fun! Sounds familiar.
Up here in Whistler, this past week brought 27 new listings, 9 price reductions and 12 sales to the Whistler real estate market compared to the previous week of 24 new listings, 24 price reductions and 12 sales. Overall listings are down compared to last year but there still seems to be a large inventory of homes for sale that have not yet come to market.
Please click here to view the past week’s new listings and price changes as reported by the Whistler Listing System. Please click here to view the sales.
For my current “Picks of the Week”, please click here.
As always I would appreciate being thought of if you have friends or family who would like more information on these or other Whistler opportunities. I would welcome the chance to help them call Whistler ‘Home’ and extend a referral for you.
Have a great week,
