Whistler Snow Report: Tons more snow on the way

As of 9 a.m. this morning, 13 cm (5 inches) of new snow fell on Whistler's alpine over the past 24 hours, and 58 cm (23 inches) fell on Whistler's ski hills in the past week, leaving the snow base at 180 cm (70 inches).

According to the Environment Canada weather forecast, today Whistler can expect flurries becoming snow this morning with accumulations of 25 to 30 cm.

Friday: Snow - heavy at times, with accumulations of 35 to 40 cm.
